I found a workaround for this issue.
At the first time the application is launched, none characters can be inputted from USB keyboard. After I press any of the keyboard Space, Page Down or Page Up, then I can input the characters with USB keyboard which is connected with Smart Dock. My device is Dell USB keyboard.
