Well, i have resolved it by re-installing an English OS. I had a french OS and i found this KB: http://kb.vmware.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?language=en_US&cmd=displayKC&externalId=1027218
But the solution described in this KB did not solve the issue 
. So after many tries, i re-installed my OS in English and it worked.... for few days...
However, now i'm facing a new problem: SRM service is failing due to some authentication issue . I'm working on it...
